Minimal versions of photographs.

These are minimal versions of the landscape photographs, I used Photoshop to outline the obvious shape in the rural landscapes and to draw the line into the urban landscapes. The two different approaches show a clear contracts between the two sets of images, the manipulated rural photographs have loose, abstract formations whereas the urban photographs have clear, structured lines.

I will create a series of paintings from these images in monotone and colour to further define the contrasts between them and then try and adapt them both together to create works.
