These photographs were from a recent trip to a woodland, my aim was to try and discover areas in which the rural had been taken over or manipulated by urban and man-made features. The photographs display my theme of the contrasting landscapes, the rural side of the images depict varieties of colour, tone and smooth form whereas the urban, man-made features within show bold use of line and geometric shape with block colour apart from where the surrounding environment has attempted to reclaim the object.
